First time on TV, our brief was to come up with a TV idea that captured Tails.com’s tailor-made USP that fitted with its Brand identity. The success of this 1st ad resulted in us making the 2nd Campaign, this time including Photography.
Our task was to develop a TV and stills creative that visually echoed the brand guidelines for Tails and breathed life into the USP of the bespoke nature of the product – whatever each dog’s nutritional need.
We presented a concept that used real customers – humans and dogs! In a testimonial-style ad which took the audience through how easy tails.com made it for real people to give their dogs the very best food, brand colours featured heavily for Brand recognition online.
